Components of Combat

The only meaning that anything has is the meaning one gives it.

This week the focus is on understanding the meaning that’s associated with the system’s processing components; mental components, biomechanical components, distance components, timing components, and environment components. Processing components are used to actualize the concepts imparted in the eighteen studies of the White Lotus System. The “Word of the Day” can always be found on the White Lotus Facebook page.

Ask yourself an important question. When you lose a fight… was it because the other guy was better? You weren’t good enough? Maybe you need to train more? Maybe more repetitions would help?
